mahdahar fcf996435c feat: improve CLQMS docs layout and add new content

- Add overflow-y-auto and max-height to sidebar for scrollability
- Increase main content width from max-w-3xl to max-w-4xl
- Fix order number for test-api-examples (10 → 6)
